Education
I am a psychotherapist with a license in Marriage and Family Therapy. I provide psychological help for adults, eighteen years and older, and families.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Research Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University.
Over the past twenty years I have continued to expand and deepen my knowledge and experience of human development and the sources of human suffering. I continue to explore questions about the nature of individual suffering, asking, how do we come to suffer less? How do we rework self defeating ideas and feelings about ourselves? How does the past repeat itself despite our best intentions? What helps people to move out of a stuck experience?
From 2008–2015 I completed an advanced program in psychological studies at the San Francisco Center of Psychoanalysis and achieved qualification in adult psychoanalysis.
My Office
My office is located in the sunset district of San Francisco. I see people in person or remotely. In my work, I see people from all walks of life and with a wide range of psychological difficulties. The best way to see if I can be of help is to set up a time to discuss your situation.
